Atelier « De la Cabosse au Chocolat »

As part of European Heritage Days, the City of Baillif is hosting a workshop on cacao and its transformation into chocolate, led by Mathilde and Gallim Bourseau. This workshop will explore the journey from the cacao pod to chocolate, while highlighting the role of cacao in the history and heritage of Guadeloupe. Deeply rooted in the lands of Basse-Terre, the cacao plant also bears witness to the expertise passed down through generations and to an agricultural tradition that remains alive in the region today.
