Lundi de Prévention – Self-défense & Kart

The City of Saint-Claude is offering a series of “Prevention Mondays,” combining awareness-raising, learning, and recreation through two workshops designed for young people. On the agenda: Self-Defense Workshop (ages 12 and up) to learn the basics of self-defense, build self-confidence, and develop the right reflexes for everyday situations. Go-Kart Workshop (ages 6 and up) to experience the thrill of driving while learning about safety rules and respect for other road users.
