Exposition « Catan, un regard guadeloupéen »

In celebration of European Heritage Days, the Departmental Archives are presenting the exhibition “Catan: A Guadeloupean Perspective,” dedicated to the work of photographer Adolphe Catan. This exhibition, derived from the major exhibition held in 2022, brings together a selection of photographs that offer a glimpse into Guadeloupe of the past, its people, its landscapes, and various moments in its history. It offers an immersion into the visual memory of the region through the eyes of a photographer who documented his era.
