Paysages oubliés
With *Paysages oubliés*, Métis’Gwa presents an artistic creation dedicated to abandoned places and the memories that continue to inhabit them. The project focuses in particular on the derelict architectural heritage of the French West Indies and the stories that linger behind the walls, facades, and neglected landscapes. Blurring the lines between circus, dance, photography, digital arts, and music, this production creates a dialogue between bodies, images, and sounds. The vestiges of the past thus become the raw material for an artistic experience where individual memory and collective history converge. This residency showcase will allow the public to discover a stage in this creative process and a different way of viewing the traces left by time in the Caribbean territories.
