Foire Culinaire – Association Impérial Machin'a Groov'la à Gourbeyre

The Imperial Machin'a Groov'la association is organizing a new food fair at the Gourbeyre market square. This is a fun, food-focused event that showcases the traditional flavors of Guadeloupean cuisine. Starting in the morning, visitors can sample a selection of Creole dishes prepared especially for the occasion: dombré with red beans and pig’s tail, migan made with breadfruit, djonjon rice served with a rooster fricassee, and fish stew. Those with a sweet tooth can also enjoy pineapple cakes, marbled cakes, and whipped cakes. Pizza slices and a variety of beverages will also be available.
