Booboo Manta – Sortie de résidence musicale

A multi-faceted artist, Léopold Saingré—also known as Booboo Manta—is developing a creative world at the intersection of music, literature, and sound design. Trained as a sound engineer before becoming a beatmaker, singer, and later a live DJ and artistic director, he is continuing to develop a new project at L’Artchipel. Accompanied by a small, tight-knit team, Booboo Manta explores the emotions that shape human relationships: attraction, rejection, difficulty communicating, vulnerability, and the search for authenticity. This intimate subject matter serves as the starting point for a musical work conceived for both the stage and a future album. Ethereal melodies, rich soundscapes, and powerful drums and bass accompany the lyrics in a project conceived as an inner journey. Following several days in residence, this presentation will allow the audience to discover a stage of this work in progress.
